The door-to-door service (pickup and delivery) costs 44 PLN gross.

Yes. FixyBag is an officially recognized entity engaged in travel luggage servicing. Our documents meet all formal requirements and serve as a standard basis for compensation payouts.
In that case, we issue an official statement of unrepairability (total loss). Based on this, the airline or insurer is obliged to refund the market value of your suitcase.
